Benefits of Our Camps

Our camps will give you peace of mind and your children a summer they will never forget.

  • Safety is our first priority.  Your children will be supervised by YMCA professionals and staff who are experienced and dedicated to providing all children with a positive camp experience.  They understand children, their needs and their concerns.  All staff complete a thorough orientation and are certified in CPR and first aid.

  • Every day will be filled with fun and friends!  Whether it is exploring a new theme, participating in their favorite game or simply playing with their friends, each day provides a new adventure for your children.

  • Your children will learn new skills.  Our staff provides small group and individual attention so children at all levels learn new skills and improve their current ones in a safe environment.  Your children will tackle challenges, develop independence and become more confident.

  • Strong values are taught.  Our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility are part of everything we do.  Our programs foster a sense of community where campers learn to take responsibility not only for themselves but for others and the world around them.  Individual differences are celebrated, and our staff helps each child reach his or her potential.

Licensing

All camps comply with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Minimum Standards for Recreational Camps for Children and are licensed by the local board of health.
