Track Club
Ages 6 to 14
Learn the basics of Track and Field through weekly running form drills and age-appropriate group training activities. This course will also introduce the hurdles, jumping events, and some throwing technique (without actual implements). Come away from this course with a foundation of skills that will help improve your coordination and athletic performance.
