Ages 12 and Up
Are you registering for indoor soccer, supersports or basketball this winter? If you are interesting in succeeding in your sport and taking your game to the next level, then you should be conditioning in the weight room as well as on the court or field. Train in a small group setting with a nationally certified strength and conditioning coach. Sessions will focus on speed training, fast footwork, plyometrics and sport specific strength. Olympic and functional lifts will be incorporated to increase strength and power.
