Programs : Fitness and Wellness : Personal Training at the Y : Get Started Program

Get Started Program

Spend three sessions with a personal trainer who will design a twice-a-week, one month program for you.  The first session consists of a consultation and health analysis.  During the second and third sessions, your trainer will take you through the program. 

The Get Started Program may only be purchased one time and should be completed in two weeks after initial consultation.
