Pre or Post Surgery Training
This program is for people who are about to have surgery or who have completed physical therapy. You will work one on one with a Master Trainer who will help you prepare for surgery so that you will have a quicker recovery or return to everyday functioning post physicaly therapy. This is a great program for people involved with knee or hip replacements, rotator cuff surgery, etc.
