Whatever your fitness and wellness goal, our certified personal trainers will educate, guide and motivate you to achieve the results you're seeking!  

We employ nationally certified trainers to provide quality instruction for children, teens and adults and aid in the following areas:

  • Weight Loss
  • Osteoporosis prevention
  • Post-injury rehabilitation
  • Pre-surgery strength
  • Athletic conditioning
  • Increased flexibility and balance
  • Prevention or rehabilitation of back pain

Personal Training for Children and Teens

Learning proper exercise technique, establishing healthy nutritional habits and being exposed to a wide variety of activity at a young age will lead to a healthier adult.

We work with youth who have a variety of concerns:

  • Inactivity
  • Learning disabilities
  • Low self-esteem
  • Injury rehabilitation
  • Low muscle tone

Did you know?

1. Strength training is safe for children. No research has found detrimental effects to children involved in strength training.

2. Weight training raises self esteem. One study involving noticed improvements in self-efficacy and overall self esteem in adolest girls following  a twelve-week resistance training program.

3. Evidence suggests resistance training may be an effective stimulus for bone mineralization and increasing bone density.

4. Resistance training programs have found to have a favorable influence on the blood lipid profile of prepubescents.
