We live in a world where stress and pressure associated with daily living is growing at a rapid rate, obesity is rising in epidemic proportions and families are tired, stressed and burnt out. It is for this reason that we are offering a Menu of Family Wellness that will cater to the needs of you and your family. The West Suburban YMCA, located in Newton, Massachusetts, is a nonprofit community service organization made possible because of charitable donations, member support, and dedicated volunteers and staff.
