It's no secret that all of us would like to have a shapely derriere. Over the course of the next 3 weeks, we will have you squatting, lunging, and squeezing your way into shape. Learn how to firm, tone, and tighten your buns while having fun! Classes meet Thursday October 2nd 12-12:45pm.
