The Fitness Center is now equipped with Life Fitness treadmills, ellipticals, steppers and bikes, Cybex Arc trainers, Precor AMT's elliptical, Concept II rowers, Keiser indoor-cycling bikes, as well as Life Fitness strength equipment.
The Family Fitness Center has all new Hoist Roc It strength equipment.

The mission of the West Suburban YMCA's Fitness & Wellness Department is to educate each individual family member about the importance of the physical, emotional and social components of wellness and to accept a greater degree of responsibility for their own life and well-being. This will enable our members to build strong kids, strong families and strong communities.
We achieve this mission with our facilities and programs designed to help you and your family live healthier and happier lives.
