Post-Season Blue Waves for Competitive Swimmers
This Spring-Summer session if for our White, Silver, and Senior swimmers from our Winter Competitive Swim Season. This program is designed to extend the competitive season of Blue Waves swimming for our year-round swimmers. We will provide a higher level of training through the spring and summer. Participants MUST be West Suburban YMCA members to participate.
There is an option for swimmers to participate in US Swim Meets.
*USA Swimming registration and meet fees are NOT included.
Session Date: April 5-July 25
Practice Times:
Monday: 6:30-7:00pm (dryland*) & 7:00-8:00pm (pool)
Tuesday: 6:00-7:30pm (pool)
Wednesday: 6:30-7:00pm (dryland*) & 7:00-8:00pm (pool)
Thursday: 6:00-7:30pm (pool)
Sunday: additional times will be announced
No Blue Waves Practice on the following days:
Sunday, July 4th (Independence day)
*Swimmers MUST come appropriately dressed for the dryland portion on Mondays and Wednesdays in gym clothes and sneakers with their swim suits underneath.
Cost: $375 (Members ONLY)
