Create-your-own birthday party (ages 2-6)
Do you dream of having your child’s party in a location with developmentally appropriate toys, child sized tables and chairs and plenty of activity options for young children? We are happy to introduce our new service for families with young children! Instead of having your child’s party take over your house, you can rent the fantastic Little Y’ers Preschool classroom and simply bring your party to the YMCA. Parties in the preschool room can accommodate up to 20 children.
Each party includes a party coordinator who will help create a personalized party for your child. Choose among creative art activities and active games where we provide all materials, you just bring the cake and the kids! You are also welcome to have food delivered, and/or invite your own entertainment.
To submit your request for a party, please complete the PARTY REQUEST FORM and submit to the address listed below:
All parties include the following:
- Tables and chairs for children and adults
- Use of large refrigerator and microwave
- Carpeted areas, stereo equipment and preschool toys
- Paper goods (plates, cups, napkins, table covers)
- Creative art activity AND active game of your choice (materials included)
- Assistance with set up and clean up of party
What you can expect from the Party Coordinator:
- Assist you with planning the party (timing, preparation, etc.) as needed
- Assist family with set up and clean up (tables, chairs, and additional equipment as needed)
- Plan and provide supplies for a creative art activity
- Plan and lead a gross motor game or activity
Create-Your-Own Birthday Party Fees:
YMCA Member: $175 for 2 hour party*
Non-Member: $225 for 2 hour party*
Additional Coordinator: $60 additional fee
