New Member Services Director

 

The West Suburban YMCA announced that La Tanya Arnold recently joined the YMCA’s professional staff as Director of Member Services. In her new position, Arnold will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the Membership Department including assessing members’ needs, responding to requests and concerns, creating membership retention plans, and promoting and marketing the YMCA’s value-based programs and services to potential new members. Arnold has over seven years of membership experience within the YMCA organization. She worked at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte and the YMCA of Greater Boston. She also worked for two years at the Massachusetts Housing Alliance (MAHA) as a program manager. Arnold graduated on the Dean’s List from Southern New Hampshire University.

"With over 7,400 members at the West Suburban YMCA, the Member Services Director is one of the most important positions in our organization. La Tanya will be the go-to person when our members have questions or comments.
