Joining Fee
There is a one-time $100 joining fee for all new adult, senior, college and family memberships. New youth and teen memberships do not have a joining fee. A membership that lapses for over one month will be charged the joining fee again. See our Membership Policies for details on our Membership Freeze benefit.

Payment Plans 

Youth and Teen Memberships
Youth and Teen memberships are paid in full annually. We accept payment by cash, check, VISA, Mastercard or American Express.

Adult, Family, Senior and College Memberships
All other memberships are debited through a checking, savings or credit card account continuously every month until you cancel your membership. 30-days written notice is required to cancel your membership.

The West Suburban YMCA, located in Newton, Massachusetts, is a nonprofit community service organization made possible because of charitable donations, member support, and dedicated volunteers. The YMCA is devoted to the education, physical health, mental well-being and moral development of children, families, and communities and is committed to this simple policy: Nobody will be turned away from our programs and facilities due to an inability to pay.
